How to Submit a Valid DMCA Notice

Your notice must include all of the following (per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

Identification of the infringing material — the specific URL where the infringing content appears on our site; 4. Your contact information: name, address, phone number, and email address; 5. Good faith statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; 6. Accuracy statement that the information in the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, under penalty of perjury.

Processing Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice:

1. We will remove or disable access to the infringing content within 48 business hours; 2. We will notify the user who posted the content (if applicable); 3. The user has the right to submit a counter-notice if they believe the content was removed in error.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] including:

1. Your signature (electronic or physical); 2. Identification of the removed content and its location before removal; 3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake; 4. Your name, address, and phone number.

Repeat Infringer Policy

hanime.fun applies a policy of terminating access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright, per 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
