Zero-Tolerance Commitment
hanime.fun has an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward any content that sexualizes minors — real or fictional. Although we host only animated content, this policy applies fully and without exception.

Our Standards for Animated Content
We prohibit:
Any animated, drawn, or AI-generated sexual content depicting characters who appear to be under 18, regardless of any stated age in the source material;

Any real-world CSAM, including material linked from third-party sources;

Any content designed to normalize, glorify, or facilitate the sexual abuse of minors.

If a character's age is ambiguous and they are depicted in a sexual context, they are treated as a minor and the content is removed.

Prevention Measures
1. Content review — Active monitoring and removal of policy-violating content; 2. Source vetting — We only index content from sources that enforce similar age policies; 3. Mandatory reporting — Any real-world CSAM discovered is reported to NCMEC immediately per 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
