Applicability of 18 U.S.C. § 2257

18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 apply to the visual depiction of "actual sexually explicit conduct" involving real human beings. Because hanime.fun hosts only animated/drawn fictional content, the record-keeping requirements of § 2257 do not apply to this site.

Nonetheless, hanime.fun voluntarily commits to the following:
